ORDER & SHIPMENT

Q.- Which countries do you ship to?
A.- All our products can be shipped to any city in India. We currently do not provide international shipping.

Q.- How long will it take for my order to be shipped?
A.- It usually depends upon the location and different courier partners. Usually it shall take 8-10 working days for delivery.

Q.- Are there any additional shipping charges that I will incur?
A.- Shipping is absolutely free above orders Rs. 899/-. Which means you will be paying only for the products that you purchase. For orders below Rs. 899/ couriers charges are calculated basis location.

Q.- How do I check the order status?
A.- Right from purchase to delivery we will be sending you order updates via email, SMS and watsapp.

Q.- Do I have to have an account to place an order?
A.- Yes, you are required to make an account (register with us) on our website to make your shopping experience swift and simple. You can also rate and review our amazing fragrances as per your experience of them.

                  Q.- How do I pay for my order?
                  A.- You can pay for your order through credit card, debit card, net banking and cash on delivery, as per your convenience.

                    Q.- Is online transaction safe?
                    A.- We have made sure that each shopping experience is absolutely safe and secure. You can use your credit/debit card without any worries; we have processes in place to keep the customer data safe and secure.

                      Q.- Why was my order payment rejected?
                      A.- There are various reasons why this may have happened, but we suggest the following step. Firstly, check with your bank to ensure there are funds available to pay for your order. Secondly, check if your debit, credit or net banking system information is valid and up to date. If you were recently issued a new card, some of the information may have changed. In that case, please confirm your credit card details and try again. Thirdly, check that your name and address match the name and address on your current credit card.

                        RETURNS EXCHANGE AND CANCELLATION

                        Q.- How can I exchange or return my products?
                        A.- The products sold on the website are non-returnable due to their consumable nature. For more information please refer to our return policy here.

                          Q.- Can I cancel my order?
                          A.- All orders placed are immediately processed. This ensures shipping your order quickly and ensuring you get your products as soon as possible. But it also means that we will be unable to modify or cancel your order.

                            Q.- The products I received were damaged. What do I do?
                            A.- Please write to us at care@airroma.in so we can rectify it immediately.
